Simple & Fun Easter Crafts to Do with Your Kids This Spring

There’s something about Easter that brings out my inner child—maybe it’s the pastel colors, the smell of chocolate bunnies in the air, or just the joy of doing something creative with my family.

This year, I decided to dive into some classic Easter crafts, starting with one of my all-time favorites: painting Easter eggs. My son is only 10 months old, so he was mainly watching me, but he did have a great time playing in all the supplies.

If you’ve never tried this with your little ones, trust me—it’s messy, adorable, and so much fun.

More Easy Easter Crafts for Kids

If you’re looking to keep the fun going, here are a few other family Easter activity ideas:

  • Springtime handprint art (great for making keepsakes!)
  • Easter egg scavenger hunt clues you can write together
  • Easter Cross Craft Kit to reflect on the true meaning of the season.

Creating memories through Easter crafts is a great way to spend time with your family. This is the first Easter with our son and we are loving creating these family traditions.

As much fun as these Easter crafts are, I want to also use this time with my family to reflect on what Easter truly means for us. Beyond the bunnies, eggs, and candy, Easter is a celebration of hope, grace, and redemption. As a Christian, this season reminds me of the incredible love God showed us through the resurrection of Jesus.

What a beautiful time this is to be filled with so much thankfulness and joy!
